1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for a Senda Data account or using our website, mobile application, or business services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to individual users sending mobile data, airtime, gift cards, and eSIM plans, as well as business accounts registered to distribute services or manage bill payments.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Business accounts must be registered by an authorised representative of the organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account.
- You must not create an account using false information or on behalf of another person without permission.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Use of Services
Senda Data provides digital connectivity services including mobile top-ups, eSIM plans, gift cards, and bill payment facilitation. Service availability may vary by country, network operator, and partner.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with service operation.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices, fees, and applicable taxes are displayed before you complete a transaction. By confirming payment, you authorise Senda Data or its payment partners to process the charge.
Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and the nature of the digital service purchased. Where a transaction cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our side, we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund where appropriate.
5. Business Accounts
Business users agree to provide accurate organisation details, including business category, account type, address, and contact information. Senda Data may review business registrations before activating partner or merchant features.
Business accounts must comply with applicable financial, telecommunications, and consumer protection regulations in the territories where services are offered.
6. Limitation of Liability
Senda Data is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party networks, payment providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senda Data shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
